How it works

No surprises, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

Free on-site visit. We measure, listen, and flag anything structural before you spend a dollar.

  2. 02

    Fixed proposal

A line-item price and schedule, not a range. Allowances are spelled out so there are no surprises.

  3. 03

    Build

One project lead from start to finish, Friday progress updates, and a site you could eat off.

  4. 04

    Walk + warranty

Final walkthrough, punch list within a week, and a two-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Reviews

Neighbors who hired us.

★★★★★

“They sent a schedule every Friday and actually hit it. The final walkthrough punch list was six items, and they were done in two days.”
Dana R. · Metuchen · New build

★★★★★

“Taking out the wall was the scary part. Ridgeline had the engineer's letter, the permit, and the beam in place in one week.”

★★★★★

“Clean site every single day. The tile work is better than the showroom we picked it from.”

FAQ

Straight answers.

Don't see your question? Call the office and you'll get a person, not a menu.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're a registered New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor and carry general liability and workers' comp. Certificates are available on request.

Do you pull the permits?

Always. We handle drawings, applications, and every township inspection. Permit fees are listed in your proposal.

How do payments work?

A deposit to schedule, then payments tied to completed milestones (never ahead of the work), with a final payment after the punch list.

Can we live at home during the project?

Usually, yes. For kitchens we set up a temporary kitchen, and we seal off work areas with dust barriers and negative air.

How soon can you start?

Most projects start 4–8 weeks after a signed proposal. Repairs and insurance work can often start within days.
